Also, I've tried each day, after a full reboot of all my equipment, to enchant, using a single 1 star card as fodder. Nevertheless, I responded with that information again. Since I had already done that with the first message, it was a frustrating response for me. The response basically just asked me to provide them with exactly what cards I'd tried to enchant on exactly what day. But there is no indication whatsoever that they're working on the problem. There has been no response from the email inquiry. Finally I got a response from my inquiries this morning from support, from Johnny. Well, it's been a week now and the problem still persists. What's worse is that I think this situation has happened to someone a few months ago and it's still not fixed. And, oh yeah: And we won't even tell them about this situation! Hmmm, the logic is simply appalling! And the game design is even worse. To say nothing of: Let's not give them enough gold to use up their material cards for enchanting, so that the amount of material cards accumulates until it is impossible for them to enchant anything, and if they try we'll just take away everything they have. BUT If I try to enchant, there is no enchantment, and all of the gold is taken away along with the material cards, so there is no longer gold to try to enchant. And the corollary: I need lots of gold along with material cards to enchant. BUT If I have lots of material cards, I can't enchant. In that case, let's examine the game/developers' logic: I need material cards to enchant. I would bet that Memories' theory is right. I'd be willing to do it now, but now it's impossible since any enchant loses the material cards and the gold used. Yeah, I've meant to do something like this too. That's after buying them in the first place in the 10k packs, 5 at a time. I upgraded my second Tiamat before the new autoselect existed so I had to go through and pick individual cards, page after page after page.
I'm glad I did, though, for it makes upgrading a lot easier than it used to be. There were some that I wanted to keep 100 or so of, so the whole process took me a few hours.

I decided which 1-, 2-, and 3-star cards I wanted to keep and maybe upgrade someday and enchanted them all to level 1. Rather than gather all those suggestions for enhancing their game, they really need to fix the problems first! And that's been going on since day one, as we all know. But I really don't want all those hard-won cards to be wiped! If that's the requirement for fixing the problem, then once again they've created a really poor design and compounded the problem by not documenting it to us and by allowing a situation like this to arise, where materials disappear without warning when enchanting. Since I've not had much gold for a long time, there's no way to use up the lower star cards anyway right now. Also, auto-enchanting takes the smaller cards last. I've wanted to someday enchant/evolve/shuffle all of them, so I've tried to use the beefiest material cards for those purposes. There is a limit on how many 1/2 * monsters we can have? That's news to me, and it isn't written anywhere. What is the email address? And why wouldn't the messages specifically designed for support work? (lol, nevermind - that's a rhetorical question!). They'll probably wipe them to help youThank you. You probably have too many 1/2 * monsters. Email them directly, in-game messages take too long.
